If a product happens to be:

~Wrongly Described
~Faulty
~Differs From A Sample
~Doesn’t Do What It Is Supposed To

Due to the manufacturer's conditions, the warranty on flexible hoses, soft close seats & hinges is 12 months on parts only from date of purchase.

Claims

To make a warranty claim, the following information must be provided:
Model Numbers/Product Brand
Proof of purchase (tax invoice)
Your contact details including the address of the installed product
Proof of Installation by a licenced tradesperson (plumber/electrician)
If Possible A picture of the product or fault
All claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
